Lovetta Tobey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and an Enrolled Agent with over 15 years in the financial industry.

She has a passion to help under served and disenfranchised individuals and families become financially stable and build generational wealth.

Photo ID for you (and spouse if filing jointly)
Social Security cards or ITINs for everyone on the return
All income documents (W-2, 1099, Social Security, retirement, unemployment, self-employment records)
Health insurance forms (1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C)
Bank account info for direct deposit
Any records for childcare, education, mortgage interest, property taxes, or charitable donations
